Julian loves to learn about new ideas, places and cultures. He has been a cook for over 40 years and inspired by his international  gastronomic travels in the last 25 years curates  food at the Sadhya Club. His other professional interests include technologies and startups in the electric vehicle industry. He is particular about nutrition and health and uses that as a lens to explore food cultures and techniques from around the world.

Sonia has been a professional cook for over 15 years. Born in Delhi, She began her career in Hong Kong and now over the past few years has mastered South Indian cuisine. At the Sadhya Club, Sonia has built a fan following  from around the world
