Indian Breads
Welcome to an immersion into Indian breads.
I have been curating food experience for 8 years and cooking Indian breads for 40 plus years. I enjoy sharing the joy of food and cooking and I am inspired by the food cultures across the culinary-verse. Allow me to take you on a journey centred around Indian breads.

Roti
Roti - This immersion can be considered a masterclass for popular breads. It’s focussed on whole wheat flat breads and based on North Indian traditions.
Dosa
This immersion is also a foundation, focussed on South Indian traditions. I would recommend this if want to dive into the world of Dosas
Exotic
This immersion involves a few of the not-so-common breads across the Indian cuisine. We will work with flours including millet, lentil and rice and learn a few specialised techniques. Highly recommended for fellow bread nerds.
What to expect
During the experience we will:
Explore the traditional ingredients and the process. We could also discuss alternatives and adaption for your region.
Make a few types of breads. You are free to do as much or as little as you are comfortable during the session. Warning! Involves playing with dough.
Relish a tasting menu that features the breads you made, paired with its traditional accompaniments.
Along the way we will trade stories, discuss the local food and beverages scene, food history, nutrition science or any other topic of mutual interest.
